An early version

Geobox is new. Things will change, sometimes break, and the service may pause or stop. It comes as it is, without guarantees of availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Your files aren't backed up. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose.

Your data

• What you add stays yours. You give Geomermaids only the permission needed to store it, convert it, show it to the people you choose and publish what you decide to publish.
• Add only data you have the right to use. When you publish a dataset, you choose its licence and are responsible for it.
• How we handle your data is described in our privacy notice.

Fair use

Please don't:

• add content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• use Geobox to store or spread malware, or to attack other systems;
• try to get into workspaces or data that aren't yours, or to get around the limits of your plan;
• overload the service on purpose, or share your access with people who weren't invited.

If that happens, we may suspend the account or remove the content concerned, and we'll tell you why.

Price

The Free plan is free, within the limits shown in Help. Pro and Team aren't sold online yet. Before any paid plan starts, we'll tell you what it costs, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Responsibility

We do our best to keep Geobox working and your data safe. As it's a free test, Geomermaids isn't liable for indirect losses, or for data lost because it wasn't backed up, as far as the law allows.

Leaving, and ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. If we stop the test, we'll warn you at least 30 days ahead so you can download your data.
